Magda & Jakob The space We offer 8-bed cottage with a pool , grill, air conditioning , observation deck and its own lemon tree for rent:) The property is located 10 minutes by car from the center of Lloret de Mar! Due to its location, it is preferred for people traveling by car for vacation!!! The villa has 4 rooms upstairs, each with a double bed (in two rooms you can add a crib or an extra mattress on request) , a spacious living room with a sofa , a Smart TV and access to a terrace , 3 bathrooms ( two of them with a shower ) plus an outdoor shower by the pool. Well-equipped kitchen ( fridge , coffee maker, dishwasher , microwave , grill accessories, washing machine ) . We park the car on the street in front of the house , we also have outdoor monitoring. The only off-limit space in the house is the garage and the cottage at the very top of the property. Free wifi and air conditioning. Distance by car from : -> Lloret de Mar center 10 minutes -> Supermarket, gas station, laundry, and Aqua Park are 5 minutes away -> Blanes 20 minutes -> Tossa de Mar 30 minutes -> Barcelona El Prat Airport – 1 hour -> Girona Airport, 20 minutes ->Andorra 3 hours Bed linens and bath towels are included in the rental price. We do not provide pool towels. Cleaning fee 50 euros per stay Since this is a neighborhood where other people live, we ask that you respect their cultural customs, traditions, and habits, and that you observe the rules in effect at night!!!! We do not allow parties such as stag or hen nights to be held at the house. Due to its location on a hill, the property is not accessible for wheelchair users; there are many stairs on the property, and it is not possible to build a ramp.
