On the ground floor there is another suite, living room, full kitchen, laundry, gourmet area with a barbecue grill, and enclosed with protection for your pet. The condominium has a swimming pool, barbecue area and indoor parking. The space The condominium is 500 meters from Mutá beach, 2 km from the Coroa Vermelha shopping center and 13 km from downtown Porto Seguro. In addition to the security of a condominium in a great location, the house has a mini garden, gourmet space and private outdoor area. Super accessible, very safe and comfortable. Guest access Guests can use the indoor parking, barbecue area and swimming pool, which are shared. Other things to note The condominium is a residential family member. The pool, parking and BBQ area are shared. the house has 1 parking spot. It has its own gourmet area and private barbecue. Bed and bath linens are not included in the price. We chose to charge separately because many guests prefer to bring their own and thus save money. It is truly a pleasure to make the environment cozy with bed and bath linens, guests arrive and find everything organized, but the laundry service is an extra expense, if you can bring it, why not give yourself this option?
