This house is located south of Downtown Dallas with easy access to the medical districts, night life and dining that Dallas has to offer. You are within a 20 minute drive of the hospitals located in and around Downtown Dallas and have easy access to Love Field and DFW airports. The metroplex is expanding every day and this house provides easy access to it all. The space This is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home. The primary bedroom is occupied by my brother-in-law and his 3 year old shepard mix dog. The bedroom, full bathroom and office/living area are separated to their own side of the house and are private. Guest access Guests access from the front door and the private area is immediately off to the right. If garage parking is used then guests enter from the utility room and walk through the kitchen and common areas to get to their private rooms.
