Guest access The apartment is on the third floor with access via stairs. Other things to note If the guest damages, breaks, or steals any object inside the apartment, an additional fee of R$ 50 will be charged. In the case of electrical objects, the cost of a new appliance will be charged to replace it. Regarding bed linens and towels, if the guest steals, tears or stains them, an additional fee of R$ 30 per piece will also be charged at check-out.
