Exclusive villa by the sea in the High Coast

Welcome to this newly built house in Örnsköldsvik, the heart of the High Coast. Here you can enjoy the forest in front of the house or the sea behind. Nice bike paths nearby and a sea bath for the public a few hundred meters away as well as a jetty during the summer in close proximity to the house, 2 SUPs and 2 bikes are available as well as an inflatable kayak and pool (May-September). Inflatable extra beds are available. The house has 2 double beds as well as a bed that is 140 cm wide. 2 living rooms and spacious surfaces. The space Bed linens and towels are provided for all guests at no extra charge. Travel crib, bed linen and high chair are available for babies. Welcome Guest access You can use the whole house but our things will be left so treat them with care. If you forgot to buy something, you can pick up the necessary items from the pantry or refrigerator at no cost. Basic items such as flour, sugar, spices and more are okay to use from the pantry and do not need to be bought by the guest. We will empty the freezer so that guests get 3 empty drawers. The refrigerator is emptied so you get all the shelves except 2. Other things to note Leave the house as it looks when you arrive, i.e. cleaned and nice, cleaning materials are in the laundry room. House manual, maps and tips on activities are on site when you arrive
