This quiet suburban studio is your perfect place to relax. Located in Old East Side you'll be well positioned, with a short walk to local shops, as well as Alice Springs town centre, telegraph station and various walking and biking trails around. You'll enjoy spacious studio living within - featuring breezy windows, high ceilings, and a full designer kitchen. You also have 2 private courtyards to choose from as well as access to a shared pool. The space This is a modern studio set in a quiet residential suburb of Alice Springs. The Studio provides a large living space to relax and unwind after a days exploring, with internet, tv, and some novels provided. A queen-sized bed is located at one end of the studio, made up with quality linen to provide for a comfortable night's rest. A wardrobe is provided for your convenience. A complete kitchen is positioned at the other end of the studio. It is fully equipped with all your needs to allow for your culinary skills to be inspired by the desert landscape. Basic provisions will be provided, and from time to time you will be able to share in our joy of homegrown produce. An ensuite bathroom sits aside the studio and provides for the basic amenities. A large shower head in the shower will envelop you after a days exploring the beautiful surrounds. Take your pick of two private courtyards for the studio - one at the front and one at the rear. The rear courtyard provides access to the shared pool, which will be particularly refreshing in the cooler months. Or if you're having a slower day, hang some washing in the sunshine in these spaces. Relaxed outdoor sitting is available in both of these spaces. Guest access Driveway access to the property is shared, with myself and my family, as the studio is set at the rear of our block. Parking is on-street, however please reach out if you would like to discuss other options, and make use of our carport. A lock box is located on the property for you to freely access the studio. Once you step into your front courtyard that is completely your space to enjoy and relax in. At the rear of the property, you'll find the access to the shared pool. Other things to note While all efforts are made to maintain your privacy during your stay, please be mindful that this studio is located on our private residential block, and there are some shared access spaces.
