La Bastide – Tyrosse

Enjoy with family or friends, this old renovated Landes bastide from 1905 and its large wooded garden, quiet and close to the city center of Tyrosse, just 10 km from the ocean, and 600 m from the train station. You can stroll and swim by the ponds, at Lake Hossegor, or enjoy the beaches of Capbreton, its original port and the spectacle of surfers. Don't miss the visit to Bayonne, Dax, the Basque Country or Spain thanks to the small train from Hendaye. The space We are happy to welcome you to our residence where we live 6 months a year, available for rent from the end of April to the beginning of November. This is one of the oldest houses in Tyrosse, which we have largely renovated, and which offers 2 covered terraces facing south to enjoy a quiet and wooded outdoor garden and meals around the barbecue. On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living room with fireplace and TV with home theater, a very spacious workspace with upright piano, a well-equipped kitchen overlooking the terrace. 9 beds in total, ideal for 6 adults and 3 children, with 5 bedrooms: On the ground floor: - a bright bedroom with a 160 cm bed, separate toilet and large bathroom. Upstairs, cozy and warm atmosphere thanks to the exposed beams and solid pine floor of the Landes: - a master suite with 140 cm bed with 2 sinks, toilet and corner bath. - a large bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a seating area, also accommodating a baby. - two children's bedrooms with 3 90 cm beds, books and games corner A garage is available with 2 adult bikes, sun loungers, outdoor games. Pets are welcome. Guest access In the large garden is an independent maisonette occupied by an elderly and very discreet tenant. A parking space is allocated to her, which does not interfere with access to the Bastide or the driveway that can accommodate 3 cars, which will be reserved for you. This lady has a right of way to access her house, and also has the garden to water her small vegetable garden.
