This semi- detached , 3-bedroom home can easily sleep up to 9 people in an airy, safe and CLEAN comfort. Each bedroom comfortably accommodates 2 people. Plus a great room (with 65” HDTV) for up to 3 extended guests on proper XL mattresses. And 1 couch. All rooms are generously sized. You have access to all common areas. Washer / dryer onsite. 4 parking spots. PLEASE Note: my personal residence is in the basement, but I have a separate entrance and often leave when the house is booked. The space With smart TV’s in every room, this is a great place to binge watch whatever movie theme or tv series you desire. Or you can enjoy the massive dining room to have a fabulous game night , business meeting, or dinner party. Yes I do cater ! Or you can cook yourselves or have food delivery. Guest access Backyard Kitchen in main house. Dining room Living room Powder room upstairs. Laundry room in the basement. Other things to note So homey and calm. Great space for groups. I greet at the door to do a 2 minute tour, then I am gone.
