The space Large bedroom with queen sized bed, high ceilings, ceiling fan and air conditioner. Spacious bathroom with full-sized bath and shower. Dining/lounge area includes kitchenette with microwave/convection oven but no stove top hot plates. Bar fridge, toaster, kettle and toasted sandwich maker also included along with tea/coffee, milk and some basic breakfast provisions. Lounge and bedroom both open out onto deck area which separates studio from house. Spa is also situated on deck. Guest access Studio and deck available for guest use only. Separate entrance. Parking available on left side of driveway Other things to note Great opportunities for walks along river, platypus spotting and bird watching Close to Great North Walk, 20 mins from Motorway 30 mins from Bateau Bay and nearby beaches Treetops Adventure Park is 15 mins drive and horse riding opportunities also nearby . There are a range of places to eat out in Wyong or golf club at Mangrove Mountain but local restaurant is usually only open on Saturday night with takeaway pizza available on Thursday nights. The local cafe has great food and is open until 3 every day. It includes a bottle shop and mini deli open for longer hours. As there is no TV reception in the valley there is no TV provided. You could however access free to air TV via internet.
