House of 80 m2 (semi-detached on one side, not overlooked) with terrace of 30 m2 and small garden to enjoy the beautiful days. The house is ideally located: - in the heart of a Landes village, shops within walking distance - 20 min to the beaches - 15 minutes from Lac de Léon - 20 minutes from Dax - 30 minutes from Bayonne - 1 hr 15 min from Bordeaux Sheets and towels are provided. The space Bright house composed of an entrance with toilet, open kitchen overlooking living/dining room. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds + 1 bedroom with bunk beds as well as a spacious bathroom. Outside, you can enjoy our beautiful terrace and a small very nice garden. Close to the beaches and the ocean but also the Landes lakes and forests, the Castets house is ideally located. Bike paths nearby _ ideal for your walks. Guest access Access to the entire house. The garage is for storage use and does not allow parking a car. Parking for 2 cars is available and free in front of the house. Other things to note The house is NON-SMOKING and must be returned clean after your stay ends. Please note that the bedrooms are upstairs with stairs, the house is not accessible to people with disabilities.
