Located in the quiet neighbourhood of Burlington's Headon Forest, with quick access to the 407, and QEW. This basement apartment is newly renovated and is nestled among large mature trees, with a gated yard, with a separate smart lock entrance, and parking for one vehicle. We are close to, grocery stores, LCBO, & Beer Store, banks, restaurants, walking paths and parks all within 5-10 minute walk. The space Our property has a large outdoor patio sitting area under the main back porch which provide lots of shade and is partly protected from the elements. We have new patio lounger and patio lights around the exterior deck. Right beside the patio is a shared common grassy area. Guest access The apartments internal area is fully private along with a dedicated side walkway entrance from the driveway. Parking is to the far left of the driveway and enough room for one Vehicle. City bylaw does not allow overnight street parking. Key less door lock that uses the last 6 digits of the guest phone number during their stay. Other things to note Long term rental discounted rates will apply to booking requests of 7 or more days. All areas of our property have a strict no vaping or smoking rule. Pets that are house trained will be considered on a case by case basis. Day guests are allowed but not to stay overnight.
