Cottage in the Pines

Welcome to Cottage in the Pines! This cozy 2-bedroom cottage with detached bunk house offers a serene retreat nestled among the pines with breathtaking water views. Enjoy peaceful mornings sipping coffee on the screened porch or relaxing evenings around a bonfire. This cottage has a great location! Only 15 minutes from Kouchibouguac National Park, which has pristine beaches, salt marshes, and coastal dunes, as well as scenic hiking and biking trails. The space The main cottage features two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a washer/dryer combo. The kitchen is completely stocked (cookware, dishes, basic spices and condiments) and opens to the living area with TV (basic cable and netflix) and wood stove (note: the wood stove is unavailable from May - October). Off the living area, there is a screened in porch with electric BBQ. The detached bunk house has two twin Murphy beds and a half bathroom. There is a TV with Playstation and games, as well as a desk and monitor for a dedicated workspace. Outside, guests can enjoy the firepit and water views, as well as the surrounding forest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, which includes the main house, bunk house, and yard. Other things to note The cottage is dog friendly, but we please ask that you be respectful of the other cottage owners in the area and have your dog on leash. Also, please pick up after them (poop bags available on site). Even though the site has been sprayed to control mosquitoes, during certain times of the year they can still be present. Bug repellant and after-bite are available in the full bathroom. While we hope you enjoy the water views from our cottage, we would like to remind you that there is no direct access to the water from our property. Please be respectful of others living in the area when exploring outdoors.
