House with a wonderful terrace

Suitable house for families who enjoys being close to the nature, beach and Copenhagen. The house has a big light living room combined with a kitchen - here you get the sun and light all day and a large terrace, which invites you to enjoy long summer evenings with sunsets. Three bedrooms and a playroom. Two double beds and a single bed. Air conditioning in the living room and in master bedroom. Located completely undisturbed on a closed road. Distance to beach 2 km The space The house has a big light living room combined with a kitchen. Perfect for being together and to meet around the 3-meter-long table for dinning or a board game.   The house has a large terrace, which invites you to enjoy long summer evenings, where you can enjoy the last rays of the sun before it sets behind the trees. We ourselves love to eat lunch, dinner or drink a coffee, made from the small barista coffee machine, in one of the sunbeds on the terrace while the children play in the garden. Open the double terrase door and the livining room will become it with the terrace.   There are three bedrooms and a playroom. The playroom has a lot of different toys. You can find LEGO, Brio Trains, Danish board games and many other things.   There are two double beds + a single bed.   There is air conditioning in the living room and in the large master bedroom which can be used for very hot summerdays and nights.   The house is located completely undisturbed on a closed road in a residential area without noise. It is pure villa idyl.   Distance to Vedbæk beach 2 km and Copenhagen 20 km. The area is surrounded by forests, which you can walk to. The famous Dyrehaven is 5 km away.   We love the house as it has a rural feel but close to Copenhagen. To get to the center of Copenhagen you got serval choices. Near by is a bus or you go by the train from Vedbæk. The journey to Copenhagen takes around 30 min.
