Proximity to Mulhouse and its museums (30 minutes), Germany and its hikes and thermal baths (40 minutes), and Switzerland (30 minutes from Basel - Eurovision 2025!). As it is inhabited year-round, the advantage of this apartment is that it is fully equipped. Coffee maker, kettle, cooking utensils, washing machine, dryer, barbecue, hairdryer, fondue and raclette machine, rice cooker: you'll find everything you need, and much more! On the ground floor: - A laundry room - A bedroom with a large double bed - A private bathroom (shower) with direct access via the bedroom - Toilets - A terrace with direct access from the bedroom - A closed garage with direct access to the apartment Upstairs: - A living room consisting of a large open plan living room/dining room/kitchen - A bedroom with a large double bed - A terrace equipped with a barbecue - A bathroom with bathtub Guest access The entire property is available. Other things to note There are two private parking spaces just across from the apartment, and the garage can be used to park your car, but also to store your bikes.
