Peaceful and charming duplex in the heart of Sundgau, its bike and walking hikes or its delicious restaurants with specialty fried carp. Proximity to Mulhouse and its museums (30 minutes), Germany and its hikes and thermal baths (40 minutes), and Switzerland (30 minutes from Basel – Eurovision 2025!). I live year-round in this apartment, but being often absent, I offer it to vacationers who wish to discover this beautiful region. I look forward to hosting you 😊 The space This is an 80 m2 duplex with garage. As it is inhabited year-round, the advantage of this apartment is that it is fully equipped. Coffee maker, kettle, kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, barbecue, hair dryer, fondue and raclette machine, rice cooker, you will find everything you need, and much more! On the ground floor: - A laundry room - A bedroom with large double bed - Private bathroom (shower) with direct access via the bedroom - Toilets - A terrace with jacuzzi (April to November) with direct access from the bedroom - A closed garage with direct access to the apartment Upstairs: - A living room consisting of a large living room/dining room/open kitchen - A bedroom with large double bed - A terrace equipped with its barbecue - Bathroom with bathtub Guest access The entire property is available. Other things to note There are two private parking spaces just across from the apartment, and the garage can be used to park your car, but also to store your bikes. Cleaning is not required, but I expect each visitor to try to keep the apartment as clean as possible throughout their stay. Thank you 😊
