Luton Town Centre Apartment

I’m pleased to offer my newly refurbished 1 bedroom flat located in the heart of Luton just a stones throw away from Luton Train/Bus Station. Being so close to the shopping mall less than a minute away you will be spoilt for choice with a range of shops and cafes to chose from. The bus and train station 1 minute away provides easy links to Central London in 25 minutes as well as London/Luton Airport which is a 5 minute bus ride away. Message me for long stays, I can tailor it for your needs!l The space Midland Road is where Luton Train Station is located. The flat is in the town centre which means you are within a minute away from the Shopping Mall and the Galaxy Leisure Centre. For those of you that wish to visit London, the train station is 60 seconds away which takes you to Kings Cross in Central London in under 25 minutes. From there you can take the underground to see the various sights in London including Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament. Please remember my apartment is in Luton which is just outside of London which is why the cost is a lot less than staying in London itself and yet so convenient for sightseeing using the train network. The flat is within a converted building that contains 6 flats. When you enter the building you go up a flight of stairs to the first floor. Here you will find my modern, bright and refurbished apartment. When you walk in to the flat you have an entrance area with 3 doors. Door to the left is the modern bedroom, door in the middle is the bathroom which has both shower attachment and bath, and the door on the right takes you in to the bright living room / kitchen. Here you will find a large sofa bed that opens up in to a comfortable double bed which can accommodate up to 2 guests. You have a large fridge freezer which I usually leave a couple of drinks in for you as well as a washing machine and electric cooker for you to use. 4 guests can comfortably stay in the apartment. There are smart tv’s in the living room and in the bedroom. Netflix an Amazon prime is available in the living room and you can cast from your phone to both tv’s. There is heating in all the rooms so it’s very warm through the winter months. There is tea and coffee provided so please help yourselves. There is a range of new cooking utensils including pots, pans and modern appliances including a microwave, toaster, kettle and rice cooker. If you require a long stay and the exact dates are not available, please message me as I have several apartments in the town so will be able to offer a solution making it very cost effective. I have a car park which is a 7-8 minute walk away where you can park for free. You must message me before check in with your car registration.. There is also a paid car park 2 minutes away of you wish to park there For those who wish to park closer to the flat- You can park on the yellow line outside from 6pm until 8am Monday to Saturday. Sundays you can park on the yellow line all day.
