Broadford Park View

Our large home with two living spaces, 5 bdrms, 31/2 baths. Main level 3 bdrms, 2 1/2 baths, Kitchen, Dining & Family rooms,but lower level also has Kitchen,Family & dining area w/ 2 bdrms and Full bath. Both spaces has outdoor dining. We are Minutes from Deep Creek Lake & Oakland that offers restaurants, shopping & boating. Just behind the property is Broadford Park to go for a swim, play basketball or volley ball or just take the kids for a walk or to the playground. Outdoor living at its best The space This is a home we purchased from my aunt and uncle. They retired here from Ohio, however they were both from the area. We renovated it ourselves with the help of 2 local contractors opening up the main level and updating the kitchen and all 4 baths. It was fun but however it was much work. We hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do. Guest access Guest may use entire home Other things to note Since the renovation and updating the modern conveniences of the house we decided to go with the ductless system for heat and A/C . So it is imperative to change the setting at 62 during the winter and 72 during the summer upon departure. If not the system could run for several days when no one is there. After all, We all want to save energy. Although we have a flexible cancellation policy, any alteration to the original booking will not be accepted. If you block a weekend with three days you need to honor that or cancell the entire booking so we can rebook. Also we do require a minimum of a 3 day booking for all holiday weekends. Ie. July 4, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Christmas, New Years and Thanksgiving.
