Condo building by-laws and maintenance scheduled has to be followed. We will try our best to communicate as soon as we know about any work etc which needs to be done at the unit (regular maintenance etc) or the building. Please note that we do not provide items such as safety gates, or childproofing equipment. We recommend guests bring any necessary items for their family's safety and comfort. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury that occurs in public areas of the property, such as the parking lot, hallways, or common spaces. We encourage all guests to take precautions and secure their personal belongings. Any incidents in these areas should be reported to building management or security for further assistance. Cameras are installed at the building entrances (outside), and in certain common areas, however building management controls these cameras and we are not responsible if they are not operational or not in place for any reason.
