From the house you can go hiking and mountain biking, visit the charming thermal village of La Garriga or visit the small village of Samalús. On the farm there is an orchard, a pond with fish, a chicken coop area with chickens and various paths between the forest and a small stream. The city of Barcelona is 37 km away and La Roca Village and the Circuit de Catalunya are approximately 20 minutes away. Guest access The entire house as seen in the photos and the terrace are for the exclusive use of guests. The house has two entrances to the terrace, from the main door and from the kitchen. The common areas with the other part of the farmhouse are the parking lot, the gardens up to the main entrance and the area for gymnastics. Also if you want to use the washing machine there is one in a common area. The farmhouse consists of three homes, distributed on 3 floors, and the owners are on vacation on the top floor. Pets do not have a fenced or enclosed area in the garden. Other things to note The estate surrounding the house has 9 hectares of forests and areas of olive and almond cultivation. Two dogs that are part of the family, a parrot, chickens and the fish in the pond also live on the property. The house's garden and terrace are not enclosed, so if you come with pets, they will have access to the surrounding forest.
