Uniquely located and newly renovated house with sea view, 2-3 minutes to a child-friendly beach and with direct access to a large Natura2000 area. The house is only about 7 km. as the crow flies from Copenhagen City Hall Square. The space The house is very bright and welcoming and consists of an entrance and utility room with washing machine and dryer. Large living room with flat-screen smart TV and large dining room in open connection with kitchen and living room. The living room has two direct exits to the garden and terraces. The kitchen has all the amenities you need in a modern home, including a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, induction hob and microwave. There is also access to 2 large bedrooms. One bedroom, located at the entrance, has a double bed (140 cm wide), separate workspace with flat screens and access to the bathroom from the entrance. The bathroom has a shower with a rain shower and a regular shower. The second room overlooks the meadow area and the sea and has direct access to the garden and terrace. There is also direct access to the walk-in closet and bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. The bedroom has a double bed (180 cm wide). The house is our private home, where we - when the house is not rented - live with our two children. The house therefore contains private effects and is decorated as a private residence. In the garden there are several terraces with both sofa sets, dining tables, patio heater and Weber gas grill. There is also a trampoline in the garden. The house is perfectly located right by Hvidovre Harbor and Hvidovre Beach. In the corner of the garden there is an exit to a large natural area, which is classified as a Natura 2000 area, just as from the gate there are about 2-3 minutes to the beach. In the carport there is an 11 kW charger for electric cars. The charger can be activated via app and for a separate fee. Guest access When the house is rented, there is access to the entire house, except for two rooms that are locked. There are two bedrooms available. The hosts are NOT on the property. If you need a high chair, just ask us for it. The house is our private home, where we live with our two children. The house therefore contains private effects and is decorated as a private residence. Other things to note The house is located right by Hvidovre Harbor, which has an ice house and restaurants. At the harbor, there is also a jetty from which it is possible to swim. It's a two-minute walk to the beach from the garden gate. The beach is perfect for smaller children and in summer there is often a coffee cart at the beach, from which you can buy a latte that can be enjoyed while the children swim. Shopping center is 5 minutes away with supermarkets, pharmacy, strength training (Puregym), shopping and dining. The house is right next to large green areas. From the house, it is a 10-minute walk to Friheden Station with the S-train to Copenhagen. Right outside the house, the bus leaves. From Friheden Station, it is 15 minutes by S-train to Copenhagen Central Station and the center of Copenhagen. You can cycle to the Town Hall Square in about 25 minutes. A large part of the trip goes through green areas.
