The space Recently renovated with all of the modern amenities you'd expect: - 2 large bedrooms with queen beds and fans/reverse cycle AC - Loft for working, skylight opens to city views - Ensuite + main bathroom w/ separate toilet - Open plan living/kitchen w/ induction cooktop and dishwasher - Washer and dryer - Front and back courtyard - Secure entry via an internal courtyard Guest access Access is completely remote - we'll provide you with a code to the front gate and the front door. Other things to note Our townhouse is in a beautiful, quiet and secure block - meaning we are close to our neighbours and you may see them as you come and go. There is a secure front gate which leads to an internal courtyard, where you access our front door. To get up to our loft (working space, city views, third bedroom if required), you will need to be able to climb a ladder - it is secured, has wide foot rungs and handles all the way up.
