The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. PLEASE NOTE: Please note how many and what types of beds our property has. We have listed that our property accommodates up to 10 guest for larger families with children. The space PLEASE NOTE BEDDING ACCOMMODATIONS: We listed this property for up to 10 people for larger families with children. We have 1 single, 1 bunk bed, 1 queen, and a 1 king bed. We also have a futon in the game room. We do not provide extra linens other than what is on the beds. ESSENTIAL ITEMS: IN THE KITCHEN We provide... 3 trash bags for the kitchen trashcan Dish soap and at least to 2 pods for the dishwasher 2 pods for the washing machine. 1 full roll of paper towels IN THE BATHROOM We provide... 3 full toilet paper rolls and hand soap Towels PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide body soap, hair shampoo, nor conditioner. We have some cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink. If something is needed that we do not provide, please ask before booking. There may be some additional things we might be able to provide. YARD WORK: The lawn is normally mowed during the summer on Friday evenings or Saturday mornings.
