Newlands Farm offers a unique get away in a secluded area of outstanding natural beauty. Yet Newlands, is close to the bustling town of Stroud with its highly acclaimed weekly Farmer’s Market and independent shops. We have an array of friendly animals to meet and our hens provide fresh eggs for breakfast. We have a separate lounge that you are welcome to relax in with a wood burning stove. If the weather allows there is plenty of outside space for you to enjoy. The space Newlands Farm offers all the comforts of home. Each of the bedrooms are double rooms with lovely views of the garden and any visiting wildlife. The visitor’s bathroom, offers a separate shower and large, modern bath tub with complimentary toiletries for your use. Towels are also provided for your stay. In the large, comfortable lounge there is a designated eating area for you to enjoy a relaxing breakfast with views of the garden. Guest access At Newlands you are welcome to use the designated lounge areas and outside space. There is also a downstairs cloakroom as well as your own designated visitor’s bathroom. We have our own family lounge for our sole use, where we relax with our dogs. A choice of breakfast's will be provided for you and tea and coffee is available on request. Should you need access to a kitchen we are happy to assist or if you need clothes washing and drying facilities, please just ask. We will endeavour to do whatever we can to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. We have lovely gardens for you to enjoy with several different seating areas and an abundance of wildlife. During your stay On arrival you will receive a warm welcome with a complimentary refreshments. We are happy to provide advice and information on the local area and any help that you need. However, our home and gardens are large enough for you to have privacy and space to relax in peace. Other things to note We are happy to adapt to any dietary requirements, with dairy free and gluten free options available as standard. We are very experienced with catering for people with a variety of dietary needs. Please just mention any requirements you have at the time of booking. Also please note that we do share our home with our own dogs and cats. They are very friendly and will also give you a warm welcome should they meet you. The dogs are not allowed upstairs or in the main section of the house, although the cats do like to go visiting to see if they can get an stroke or two- again they are not allowed in visitor’s bedrooms.
