Sensational high-end duplex beach house "on the sand" with double-height ceilings, private pool, deck with special furniture, and beachfront lawn, located on the Ecological Route of Milagres and in front of the natural pools, fully furnished and equipped, accommodating up to 12 guests in 4 complete suites, fiber optic wifi, cable channels, complete kitchen with utensils, gourmet area with electric grill, bed linens, pillows, and towels, with two private parking spaces. The space DIFFERENTIAL 1: COURTESY - We provide our staff member for cooking and housekeeping services throughout your stay, from 8 AM to 5 PM, ensuring excellent service. *Subject to a limit of 8 guests, above that, R$ 150.00 per day, for the second collaborator, payment is mandatory. DIFFERENTIAL 2: COURTESY - For rentals of 7 (seven) days or more, we offer a tour to the natural pools in front of the house with the private AWA vessel, with a pre-established date provided after the reservation is confirmed. *Subject to the availability of the vessel and with the option of lunch included, with a menu consisting of fish, octopus, and lobster, prices to be agreed upon. DIFFERENTIAL 3: COURTESY - The pool attendant at Casa AWA will be there daily, throughout your entire stay, keeping the pool always clean. DIFFERENTIAL 4: COURTESY - We are Pet Friendly and do not charge an additional fee. *Subject to a limit of 2 small pets per rental. DIFFERENTIAL 5: COURTESY - We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beverage coolers, irons, and hair dryers free of charge in the accommodation. Guest access One of our collaborators will be at Casa AWA waiting for you at the agreed times to welcome you. The guests will have access not only to the accommodation facilities but also to the entire condominium. Parties and events are not allowed. Smokers only in the outdoor area of Casa AWA. Other things to note Gated Community NALLUM, House E07. CHECK-IN from 2:00 PM and CHECK-OUT until 12:00 PM. Access by asphalt road right to your doorstep, and the condominium features a complete leisure area: beach club, tennis courts, laundry, gym, pool with hot tub, playground, sports bar, lobby, and dry lounge.
