Guest access Little Cob is completely self-contained within a complex of barn conversions. Fallapit is quiet and isolated being about 15 mins walk from the local pub and 15 - 20 mins away from the nearest town so transport by car is essential. As guests of Little Cob, you will enjoy your own private entrance and secluded patio garden. Your parking is adjacent to the entrance of Little Cob. There is a small ramp directly behind your parking space to enable easy access to the gate leading onto the flat patio area. From outside, there is one small step up into the living room area and an open tread staircase leads up to mezzanine bedroom. Your accommodation is entirely self contained, offering a high degree of privacy however the cottage is semi detached. Please be respectful of your neighbours. The exclusive parking for the property is directly outside the private gate for Little Cob. Please note this accommodation is not suitable for children. Other things to note Please feel free to use the beach towels, the blue and white striped ones, if you are venturing to the beach! As Little Cob is not large enough to offer leisure facilities on site, you will have the use of a guest membership to the luxurious SALCOMBE HARBOUR HOTEL SPA.
