Surrounded by local cafe’s, breweries, restaurants, Canada Life Center, True North Square, Richardson Building, Human Rights Museum, The Forks (The list goes on!), this location is ideal. Only a hop and a skip away from Old Market Square which hosts The Fringe Festival & Nuit Blanche to name a few. If you’re staying with us for a while, there are beautiful walking paths along the river and parks nearby. Hair salons around the corner, fantastic local gyms, art studios and hospitals (Health Sciences Centre & St. Boniface). *Please inquire about our monthly rates. As soon as you walk in you’ll notice the large window that allow tons of natural light. Two bedrooms are great if travelling with colleagues, friends or family. The master bedroom is equipped with a cozy queen bed. The bathroom is tiled with an upgraded shower head. The second bedroom is located across the hall and is spacious (equipped with a cozy double bed). In the living room there is ample seating space and a large TV. In the dining room you’ll find a beautiful island counter top with plenty of seating. Great for families that are travelling together and want to prep meals at their temporary home. The kitchen is an open concept with tons of counter space. For our guests intending to buckle down and get some work done, we have you covered. A dedicated work space with a desk and a chair. We realize during the pandemic that people are working from home. With high speed wi-fi and dedicated working space; you’ll be able to focus. Here are a few THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting this loft: *** CHECK IN HOURS ARE FROM 4:00pm-8:00pm. Check in cuts off at 10:00pm. If you arrive past 10:00pm you are not guaranteed to get in. This will not be grounds for a refund *** 1 - This unit is in a residential area, so NO PARTIES are permitted in this property at all times during your stay. 2 - The BUILDING IS MORE THAN 100 YEARS OLD. Although there was a lot of time and detail put into constructing this unit, the nature of the building can allow for noise travel from other units. We don’t personally find this a bother, but a noise sensitive guest may. We do provide sanitary packaged ear plugs within the unit if need be! Like any other older buildings, the walls can be thinner than newer constructions and this is something very typical of all homes built in this era in Winnipeg. That said, it's not something that bothered us as residents and that's why we ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. Also, we expect our Guests to be quiet after 10h00PM. 3 - Parking is free on the street from 5:30pm till 8:30am on weekdays. Saturday parking is free for two hours. If you arrive on a Friday evening you can park on the street until 10:30am Saturday morning. Sunday is completely free. As well, holidays are completely free. Alternatively, you can park in a paid lot and there are plenty within the surrounding area. We find it most convenient to download “PayByPhone” app. This way guests can extend their parking time remotely. Guest access Entire space is for guest use. Registration It’s important to register your pet during the booking process. Please provide details about your pet (breed, size, special requirements, etc.). Unregistered pets may result in extra charges or reservation cancellation. Pet Behaviour Guests are responsible for their pet’s behaviour. Any damage or disturbances caused by your pet may result in repair or cleaning fees. Leash Policy: Pets must be kept on a leash in all common areas, except in designated off-leash zones. Noise Control: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours. Excessive barking or disruptive behaviour may require you to address the issue, or in extreme cases, may lead to eviction without refund. Crating and Alone Time: For safety reasons, pets must be crated if left alone in the accommodation. Please also ensure pets don’t bark excessively when left alone. Furniture and Bedding: Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Any cleaning or damage to these items will be your responsibility. Pet Waste: Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. Waste disposal bags are provided, and failure to clean up may incur additional cleaning fees. Walking Your Pets: We ask that you walk your pet away from the building and pick up after them. Designated pet-relief areas may be available. Pet-Related Cleaning Charges: Any extra cleaning required due to pet-related incidents will be charged back to you.
