Other things to note Additional Details to Note Before Booking at Casa Dahlia: 1. General Requirements for Check-In: Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 NN. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to a fee of Php150.00 per hour. A penalty fee of Php250.00 per hour will be imposed for early check-in or late check-out without prior notice or request. Guest authorization must be strictly implemented ahead of time. Authorization requests should be submitted during office hours (8 AM to 5 PM). Send your requirements upon confirmation of your booking reservation. The Concierge will not honor your authorization if it is not approved by the admin ahead of time. 2. Parking Rules: Guests and visitors must comply with parking regulations and requirements of the building. Pay parking spaces are available in the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Overnight charges may apply. Parking is only available to guests staying in the unit. Visitors are not permitted to use the building's parking facilities. 3. Pool Policies: Enjoy access to resort-themed pool amenities and kiddie playground. Pool usage is limited to 2 guests only per day. Maximum allowable guests to use the pool for guests of the 1-bedroom suite are two (2) guests at a time. Pool fee: Php150.00/guest for regular days and Php300.00/guest for holidays. Payment is non-refundable. Guests must bring their visitor pass. Pool operation hours are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM from Tuesday to Sunday. Proper swimwear is required. Use designated showers before and after using the swimming pool. No designated lifeguard is available. Parents are responsible for supervising children at all times. 4. Amenities Access: Amenities such as the resort-themed pool, kiddie playground, and other facilities can only be accessed by registered guests during their stay. Visitors are not allowed to use the amenities.
