The space The gapahuken is built of massive logs, where much of the wood is sourced from its own forest. One side of the cabin is covered by a mountain, a visual experience that brings the wonders of nature right into the living room and bedroom. The gap is spacious enough to house 7 guests. Electricity and water. The kitchen is well equipped. There is also underfloor heating and a wood-burning oven for warmth and warm atmosphere. The area around the gap offers a variety of activities including fishing, canoeing/kayaking, swimming, and barbecuing. You can also greet the animals on the farm for an extra dose of country life. In addition, the gap is just outside the Hammervatnet Nature Reserve, which is widely known for its rich bird life, making it a perfect place for bird watching. Despite its remote location, the gap is remarkably accessible. Located close to public transport and airport, it is only a short distance from Trondheim.
