Note: We do not deal directly with the rental services. We only provide contact details. The space Bedrooms: 3 spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms. 1 bedroom also has an attached balcony. Living Room: Step into a spacious and inviting living room designed for relaxation and socializing. Our living area features: - Comfortable Seating: Enjoy the plush couches that provide ample seating for all your guests. Whether you're looking to unwind with a book or engage in lively conversations, our cozy sofas offer the perfect spot. - Entertainment Hub: The smart TV is equipped with a Tata Sky connection, giving you access to a wide range of channels and streaming services. Perfect for movie nights, binge-watching your favorite shows, or catching up on the latest sports events. - Dining Area: Adjacent to the seating area is a stylish dining table that comfortably seats 6 people. Ideal for enjoying home-cooked meals, the dining space is both functional and elegant, ensuring a delightful dining experience for all. Food: Our caretaker cooks delicious and simple vegetarian meals. While breakfast is included in your stay, lunch/dinner are available at an additional cost of 400/head/meal for adults and 250/head/meal for children under 13 years. You will need to inform the caretaker every morning for your meal requirement for the day. Kitchen: Access and use is restricted. Our caretaker will be happy to offer anything you may need. You are welcome to use the fridge to store any items. Heating/Air Conditioning: All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for heating and cooling. Power back-up: We only have an inverter which does not support air conditioning units/heating/geysers. Inverter only supplies basic power. No smoking inside the villa. No parties or events Respect our neighbors' privacy and keep noise levels down. Guest access You have full access to the living room and the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is accessed only by the caretaker but you are welcome to use the fridge, Microwave, RO, and the water kettle, during the stay. We do not allow guests to cook in the kitchen. Note: Caretaker stays on the top floor of the house Other things to note - Booking includes breakfast. - Lunch/dinner available at 400/head/meal for adults and 300/head/meals for children below age of 13 (includes 2 vegetable dishes, 1 dal, rice/chapaati, salad, and curd) - Meal rates are fixed. You are requested to not negotiate on these once you have done the booking. - As the caretaker prepares meals himself, meal requirement will need to be told on the morning of the day so that preparations can be done accordingly. - Food should be consumed only on the dining table. Meals will be served only on the dining table. - Housekeeping is provided daily - Parking available inside the complex - Any additional guest, not accounted for in the booking, will be charged as an extra cost, and should be informed prior to arrival - No parties or events - Quiet hours after 10 PM. This is a residential society, so be respectful of the space. - No smoking inside the house
