The space Our apartment is located right in front of the sea, on the cliff of Stazzo (hamlet of Acireale) Air-conditioned in every room, functional and complete with every appliance. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, electric oven and microwave, dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots and Italian coffee maker. The apartment is spread across two floors. On the living room floor with kitchen you can find a bedroom and a bathroom as well as the laundry room equipped with washing machine and iron. From the living area you can access the beautiful terrace facing the sea. On the second floor, you will find a bedroom with two beds in an open space (air-conditioned) and a reserved area with a bedroom and bathroom in a very spacious room. The bedroom on the attic floor has a large window overlooking the living room on the floor below. On the attic floor there are no roof windows due to landscape constraints. Free parking inside the residence. Guest access Guests access the apartment via a flight of stairs after parking safely inside the residence.
