The residence: Welcome to Camping maeva Escapades Les Etangs Mina *** nestled in a seven-hectare park classified Natura 2000 in the heart of the Brouage marshes, in Saint Sornin between Rochefort, Royan and La Rochelle in Charente-Maritime. The campsite is only 20 minutes by car from the Atlantic Ocean and its beaches. Maeva Escapades is an invitation to take the time to rediscover France and its destinations through the eyes of lovers of their region. Zoom on the region: The Charente-Maritime is defined by the clear and limpid waters of the Atlantic Ocean. It is bordered by 463 km of coastline and surrounded by an archipelago of islands whose mere mention recalls the sweetness of life: Ré, Oléron, Aix and Madame. This destination is chosen for its beaches and seaside resorts, its ports, its cities steeped in art and history, its festivals and its emblematic sites. We recommend some activities to do with your family: discover the surrounding islands thanks to cruises, go to the Palmyre zoo or even discover the most beautiful aquarium in Europe, that of La Rochelle. If you prefer to stroll and enjoy your mornings, every Sunday the market of Gua welcomes you as well as that of Royan. Every summer, the Francofolies punctuate the area with concerts and multiple artists! In addition to all these adventures, the campsite offers a swimming pool to refresh you, a paddling pool for the little ones but also leisure facilities such as a home ball, fitness near the pond, table tennis, a playground with the inflatable giraffe. The advantage of the campsite: 3 ponds including 2 where fishing enthusiasts (no kill) can try their hand at carp fishing. During your stay, a schedule of activities is offered to you (theme evenings, dance initiation, concerts, etc.). Your children can have fun at Club Mina (3/12 years old) through various activities. Several services are available: a snack bar/bar in July/August with take-out service and bread depot, a small grocery store with basic necessities, various rentals (bed linen, barbecue, baby kit, etc.) possibility of bike rental on request.
