The space Located on the first floor, apartment 02 of Dona Fátima (my mother) is 102 square meters and is located on the 1st floor. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms, each bedroom has its own television, one double that has a balcony with a sea view and another, which accommodates 3 people and also has a balcony for the internal patio! Full kitchen, 1 bathroom. The living room and double bedroom have a large integrated balcony with stunning views of the beach and sea. All spaces have an internal TV. You'll have direct access to the beach, ideal for families and unique experiences. This space aims to provide a comfortable and memorable stay. Guest access The apartment is located on Pântano do Sul beach. The entrance to access the space is directly through the beach. The neighborhood can be fully explored on foot or by bicycle, without the need for a car. On the property, there is a parking space for 1 car. An outside parking option is also available, paid for by the guest. Other things to note Guests will be welcomed at check-in by my mother, Dona Fátima and my father, Mr. Walter. They will introduce the space, hand over the key and will be available during the stay to offer a great experience.
