If you want to use it, there is an additional cost ($50,000) that you can check in the listing or by writing to us directly. Please use it with care: Clean your feet to keep sand out and prevent damage to the motor. Leave it covered after use to keep it warm and ready to your liking. Common areas Pools, pumptrack, green areas, and games: Everyone can enjoy them freely. Sauna: It's part of the unique condominium experience. We can book it for you; there's only an additional cost of $10,000 that we have to pay to the administration. If you have any questions or need anything, we're here to help. Enjoy to the fullest! 🌊✨ Pets Regarding pets, especially dogs, we are happy to accept them, but it is important to mention that the condominium has strict policies for their control. These include a $70,000 pesos fine if they are found loose in the condominium or cause any inconvenience. For this reason, we request a $70,000 pesos guarantee, which will be refunded at the end of the lease, making sure there were no problems with the condominium or damage to the property. - Take care of your pet and be respectful of others. Always keep your dog within the perimeter of the house and, when you walk it, make sure it's on a leash and accompanied. - Clean up after their needs, both inside and outside the house, to keep everything in order. We love pets and we're sure you're a responsible and loving owner, so there should be no problem! 🐾 Other things to note Hi hosts, 😊 Prime location! Casa Boldo is in a unique location, with incredible views and protected from the wind, making it a special place to enjoy to the fullest. 🌊 Maintenance rules: Help us take care of this place we love so much! - Bathrooms: Please don't flush paper down the toilet. We have an ecological septic tank that allows us to reuse water and care for the environment. 🌱 - Sand inside the house: It's very nice to be barefoot inside, so help us keep sand out. - Jacuzzi: Sand can damage the motor. Use the water tap next to the jacuzzi to clean your feet and body before entering. 😉 - Firewood: We leave an initial load of firewood, and you can find more in the supermarket 1 km away in Cahuil. For safety reasons, it should only be handled by responsible adults; it's very hot! We want you to enjoy yourself without accidents. 🔥 - TV controls: Please always keep them on the TV counter to avoid losing them.
