The stop is very close, making mobility easy. The bus stops out the front of the building and the tram goes through the back of the building, so at punctual times it can be heard when passing. In fact, many guests highly value having the TRAM nearby, because it allows you to easily go to downtown Alicante, San Juan or Benidorm without a car. It's a very convenient way to get around the coast 🌊. So you'll always have all the information on your mobile 📲. For security reasons, the apartment has a motion detector integrated into the alarm system. This device does not record or monitor the room. It can only capture an image when the alarm is activated and motion is detected, so it remains inactive during the guests' stay. The area is quiet and highly valued by families. In summer there is more atmosphere and open shops; off-season it is more relaxed.
