Rural idyll: Isaberg, sauna, fireplace, Wi-Fi.

Welcome to our house in Bondaryd, which is surrounded by open meadows with grazing cows, cranes and the forest's wildlife. Enjoy a soothing view from the living room. Go out and hike or bike through the beautiful landscapes. Kyrksjön, a nice child-friendly swimming area is 1.5 km from the house. Good fishing opportunities at close range. 14 km to Isabergs adventure park. Store Mosse National Park (25 km) Wild West High Chaparral (28 km). Take a shopping day in Ullared Gekås (50 km), Jönköping (70 km) or Borås (60 km). The space The house has a living area of 110 square meters. A large and lovely conservatory overlooking the meadows with grazing cows , cranes and the wild life of the forest. The plot is freely accessible but it may be shared with any tenants in the guest house located further down the back of the house. (See picture exterior) The big patio belongs to just you .(The house) In the conservatory there is a daybed, garden chair cushions, table and chairs . Below the conservatory there are drawers with outdoor toys/games , beach toys for children. Upstairs there are 6 beds plus a fold-out travel cot for adults . Bedroom 1 has 2 beds. A dresser is available that you can use for clothing storage if you want. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed, the bottom is 120x200 cm and the upper is 80 cm wide. In the bedside table are the accessories for the ping pong table. A TV is available that can only be used for video games. Sleeping area no 3 has a curtain as a shield (see pictures) and it is a 90x200 cm bed. There's a dresser with some books and toys. The 4th sleeping area has a 90x200 bed and is located in the hall connected to the stairs,thus no door/wall as a delimitation, ( see pictures) . No roller blind is here with a dark blanket to hang for the window if you like, it is in the basket next to the dresser with linen. Under the bed there is a fold out bed for adults and a small travel,bed for children/baby plus a small ping pong table , the accessories are In the blue bedside table in the children's room. A vacuum behind the bed. The living room is cozy and has a large nice corner sofa ,heating stove and a 58 "TV . Ignition fobs are located in the coffee table drawer. The kitchen is bright and lovely and has windows facing the front and back/ conservatory . Dishwasher, Fridge and Freezer available . The kettle plus the dishwasher cannot be worn at the same time, then the power goes out, but just flip up the button in the small electrical cabinet behind the board above the sideboard if that should happen. You can use dry goods and if there is anything in the fridge. Under the stairs : vacuum cleaner , toilet rolls, dresser with a little rite/paint stuff in the bottom drawer. Playing company. In the Tamburen: A shaft vacuum cleaner in the mirror cabinet, Wooden box, Fire blanket are located in the mirror cabinet at the bottom of the drawer . Fire extinguishers are under the hat rack . The bathroom is large and spacious and has a sauna, shower corner ,dryer,drying cabinet and washing machine . A higher chair for children plus high chair. found there. Portable electric radiator is available to use if needed . You have free access to the plot with large trampoline and patios with outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities. Chaise lounges are tilted against the wall below the conservatory. There's a bell grill under the tarp on the small terrace below. Lighter fluid and charcoal are in the woodshed inside the door. In the woodshed there is more wood to pick up and 2 high chairs. The guest house on the property (see exterior photos) is for rent and there may be other tenants staying there. Key instructions are shared via Airbnb 24 hours before arrival. Guest access All parts plus the garden as well as the large patio are free access to stay in. The garden is shared with any tenants from the guesthouse (see picture exterior) on site . You are not allowed to be out on the fields as it is not our land. The small meadow bordering the lawn is ours. The woodshed is available for borrowing high chairs . Wood for the stove charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill are there. Other things to note The cottage is left cleaned and nice. Cleaning is not included. Note: Cleaning ritual!!!! Vacuum all floors Clean toilet seats/sink Thread all surfaces Wet dust all surfaces Electric car charging station is available ( 4- 6 kWh/h). Clean bed linens are available to borrow. Lighting in the patio , kitchen window+display cabinet and cozy lighting in the living room goes on via automatic timers . Firewood for the fireplace is included in the rental and is filled upon entry. More firewood is available in the woodshed. Fire extinguisher is located below the hat rack . Fire blanket in the lower basket In the clothes mirror cabinet in the tambourine. If you want to clean, take out the shaft dam vacuum cleaner that is there. We have two cute cats that have stayed in the house before. They are very outside in the warmer seasons. It may happen that they may want to look in or happen to slip into the house but just carry them out / attract them food if you don't want them there. If you want them there, there is cat food in the cabinet below the old stove in the kitchen. Otherwise, they have food and water outside, among other things, in the woodshed and under the terrace. Fire extinguishers are located under the hat rack as well as upstairs next to the dresser. A fire blanket is located IN the bottom basket IN the mirror cabinet.
