Experience the charm and convenience of our location. The space Escape to our urban lake house just minutes from downtown Orlando for the ultimate relaxation. Enjoy the hot tub, rent a ski boat, or fish from the dock. Guest staying in this private room share access to common spaces such as the living area, kitchen, pool, hot tub, backyard, lake, and parking with other guests. Situated in an urban environment, our lake house offers proximity to city amenities. While more suited for adults, there's plenty for kids to enjoy. The property ensures privacy with a gated front and fenced sides. Things to consider for young children: there are uneven steps, a spiral staircase, a pool without a barrier and easy access to the open lake. Guest access Guests will get a gate code and a keypad code. During your stay Host will be available via phone/text to help out. Other things to note Excess noise after 10 pm is against city ordinances and therefore not allowed. Additional Services Charged when used (Charged on Top of Nightly Rate) Late Check-Out: Standard check out time is at 10am. Check-out until 12pm for an extra $50.00 per hour. After 12pm, the fee is $25 per additional hour. Subject to availability. Guests are not allowed to enter the other bedrooms. Additional Room: extra room use for $130 per day for using other room/s. Extra Towel: Guest will be charged extra $25.00 for using extra towels Kitchen Access: Guest will be charged extra $25.00 for kitchen use. Please do not leave garbage around the property, the raccoons may tear it open which will result in a $50 cleaning fee. Up to 2 people are allowed to stay here. The property has outdoor security cameras for you safety and anyone caught breaking these rules will be escorted off the premises without refund and will forfeit their deposit. Please note that our tropical Florida environment may bring about encounters with various critters and insects. While we do have monthly maintenance, you can help by keeping doors and windows closed, sealing food properly, and disposing of trash regularly. If you spot a few pests, kindly guide them outside, but if the issue persists, please contact us. A security deposit of $500.00 is required and will be automatically authorized by putting a hold on the credit card 2 days prior to the arrival date.
