The space This building of our guest house has a cosy communal space with a beautiful and otherwise perfectly functioning wood-fired beehive oven and tasteful decorations to create a romantic atmosphere. A large dining table and functional, well-equipped kitchenette provide a comfortable setting for breakfasts and dinners. There is a built-in fridge and dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery, all you need to bring is food and coffee beans. The living room opens onto the four bedrooms, a large bathroom and a small hallway with a separate toilet. The spacious and bright bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet. The bedrooms are divided into: Room 1: double bed, with separate bathroom Room 2: 1 single bed Room 3: 2 single beds with bathroom with shower Room 4: 3 single beds The building has a large private terrace, which is half under roof. Perfect for morning coffee breaks while admiring our beautiful garden. Guest access In the larger building of our guest house you will find our communal kitchen, which has a gas stove, oven, dishwasher and all the necessary equipment for more cooking and baking. Please feel free to pick seasonal fruit, vegetables and herbs from our garden. This is our gift to you for your on-site meals. We also have a variety of options for outdoor cooking. We have two big gas burners, a bogrács (Hungarian cauldron), bogrács-holders, a grill disc, a mobile grill (smoker), outdoor built-in barbecue, oven and sparhelt, which you can use by prior arrangement. Our larger building has a sauna and a squash court, and next to the building is a wood-fired tub. During the summer months you will also find a swimming pool. If you are interested in any of these, please let us know in advance by writing a message when booking! Sauna: 15 000 HUF extra/day Wood-fired tub: 15000 HUF extra/day (20 000 if you want us to make the fire for you) Squash court: 5000 HUF/day Pool: 10 000 HUF/booking Basically we are not used to being in the guesthouse, we live in Üllés, so the whole place is yours for the taking! If there are other guests in the larger building, you will only have to share the common kitchen of the larger building with them. The outdoor cooking equipment, squash court, sauna, hot tub, etc. are always given to one company only, so you don't have to share.
