Welcome to your modern retreat. Our ground-floor guest suite is located in front of the house and offers comfort and privacy, featuring a separate entrance for an independent stay. The space Private Oasis: Enjoy the autonomy of a self-contained suite without interaction with the hosts, ensuring a quiet and private stay. Contemporary Comfort: Relax in a queen bed and unwind with your favourite shows on a flat-screen TV. Convenient Essentials: The suite includes a small fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, plates, and bowls—perfect for preparing simple meals, enjoying a fresh cup of coffee or tea, or a quick snack. Please note there is no access to a full kitchen or laundry facilities. Welcome Pack: Start your stay with a complimentary welcome pack, including coffee, tea, bottled water, body wash, shampoo, soap and conditioner. Climate Control: Stay comfortable throughout your stay with an air conditioner and a fan, suited to your needs. Soundproofing: A new soundproofing barrier has been installed to ensure a peaceful environment. However, occasional sounds from our young child and the upper floor may be heard. Additionally, as we start our day early, some noise disruptions may occur from around 5 am due to our work schedule. Couples or Solo Guests: Perfectly suited for couples seeking a getaway or solo travellers looking for a peaceful retreat. Great Location: A quick 20-minute drive to Kings Beach. Quiet and Peaceful Area: Nestled in a quiet residential area, our home offers a peaceful relaxing environment, away from the hustle and bustle. Nearby Parks: Enjoy leisurely walks in the nearby parks, perfect for a relaxing stroll or fresh air. Guest access Self Check-In: Enjoy the flexibility of self check-in with our smart lock. You’ll receive a personalized access code before your arrival, allowing you to check in at your convenience. Access Code: The access code will be sent to you before your arrival, ensuring a smooth and secure entry to the suite. Assistance Available: Should you require any assistance, I’m happy to greet you and help with any questions or needs. Just let me know in advance if you’d like a personal touch during your check-in. We aim to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! Other things to note Free Street Parking: Enjoy the convenience of free street parking right outside the property. No Kitchen or Laundry Access: Please note that there is no access to a full kitchen or laundry facilities. However, the suite includes a small fridge, coffee machine, and kettle, and a variety of dining options are available nearby. Sound Considerations: The suite is located beneath an upper room, which may occasionally produce some noise. Additionally, as we start our workday early, some noise disruptions may occur from around 5 am. Car Recommended: Having a car is highly recommended to fully enjoy the local attractions and amenities.
