Here you will find a lounge, TV lounge, a dining area, a bar area with fridge/freezer, chest freezer and serving hatch. The kitchen and scullery has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, airfyer, Nespresso machine, microwave and all cutlery and crockery is supplied. It supplies DSTV, a Wi-Fi modem, bring your own sim card and it is serviced. There is a small Invertor for back up power to TV & phones only. Re-chargeable lights available. The house is well secured with beams, alarm and armed response. It is fully fenced and gated and has safe open parking within the boundaries of the property. (no garages available). Laundry facilities: Washing machine and Tumble dryer. Small pets allowed by prior arrangement. 71 Panorama drive sleeps 10 guests comfortably. There are 4 bedrooms, suitable for 8 adults and 2 children under 12. Bedrooms: all have ceiling fans, built-in cupboard space and all linen, towels and beach towels are supplied. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 are on-suite and the 4th has access to the family bathroom. 3 Bedrooms have Ocean views. Bedroom 1: King sized bed, on-suite with shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 2. 2x single beds with use of the family bathroom which has a bath, basin and toilet. Bedroom 1 & 2 are inside the main house. Bedroom 3: 2x ¾ beds, on-suite with bath, shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 4: Queen bed, on-suite with shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 3 & 4 are housed in a separate annex joined to the house. Off the dining room there is a little enclave with a bunk bed for the kids. Guest access Entire house. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: 1. Once you have secured your booking by making payment, we will request your email add for us to send you our in-house contract. 3.
