MUSIC SYSTEM: PLEASE NOTE: we DO NOT provide MUSIC SYSTEM, Guests can bring in their own SMALL size Bluetooth speakers with max output of 20/30 Watts and connect to their mobile phones (DJ system NOT allowed).playing of music has to be stopped by 10 PM STRICTLY Note: Guests are not permitted to handle/meddle with any of the equipment's/gadgets which are mentioned as PRIVATE USE Guest access The guests can have access to the entire farmhouse except for SPA ROOM and other optional facilities as listed Other things to note HOUSE RULES: Please note that it is a NON- A/c farm house, we encourage family groups and married couples on priority, bachelor men's groups are accepted restrictively to some extent after verification. PLEASE NOTE: we DO NOT Entertain students, unmarried couples/boys & girls mixed group, if they still book they will be subject to verification by our community security & police patrol teams. We would like our guests to note the following guidelines/House rules before the guests make a booking & check-in. Reddy's Orchard farm house is part of a group of farm houses community known as Winter green, our farm house as well as the entire Winter Green living community is covered under CCTV surveillance. Security guards are 24X7 on duty, We have Police Patrols making rounds daily and they sign the beat register in confirmation of their patrolling our winter green farm house community therefore ensuring yours's & ours's safety which is of prime importance to us. COVID Guidelines & Protocol: The Pandemic is yet to get over, therefore please note the following guidelines (A) please note that the Villa is Sanitized & also all the touch points like door knobs, handles, taps and faucets are sanitized before the guests check-in (B) please ensure to wash your hands during entry to farm, we have placed water and liquid hand soap right at the entrance. Request your kind cooperation (C) Carry your own soaps & towels (D) please use mask & Hand sanitizer when necessary (E) Avoid using the services of our caretakers and do not allow them to get closer if they do not wear mask (caretakers are advised to wear mask always) (F) please confine yourself to our farm and not to loiter around the community neighborhood to avoid neighbor farm owners interference due to Covid situations still continue (G) please carry SMALL Bluetooth speaker if interested in playing music and the same to be stopped by 10 PM STRICTLY 1 )FOR OVERNIGHT STAY: Accommodation is provided for a max of 10 guests considering the existing infrastructure & comfort of our guests. 2) MUSIC SYSTEM; We DO NOT provide music system. However if desired, guests can bring their own music system like small blue tooth speakers which they can connect to their mobile phones, it should be a small speaker with maximum 20 Watts output ONLY and needs to be handed over to our caretakers by 10 PM and the same can be collected back during check out(DJ systems STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED) As per the statutory pollution control boards laws playing of music is prohibited beyond 22.00 Hrs.... TO BE ADHERED STRICTLY. In case, if you find the neighbor farm is disturbing you by playing the music beyond the permissible time, please inform our security guards, Security personnel are empowered by the society to step in & control the situation....if not heeded to the request, security are authorized to levy penalty & collect a penalty amount up to Rs. 10000/- from the guests and will issue a receipt Even after levying penalty if the problem persists & becomes uncontrollable, the security personnel will escalate to the next level to law enforcement agencies to step in & call the police and evict them 3) FOOD & BEVERAGES: Please carry sufficiently your entire food & Beverages along with disposable plates and glasses. COOKING: We do not have Cook, however if you have plans to cook we do have a pantry outside the villa near the BBQ enclosure and any cooking has to be done in the pantry located outside the villa ONLY. Guests can bring all their cooking needs like kitchen equipment/utensils/Gas cylinder & Stove etc. In case you are unable to bring inform our caretakers during check-in & they will get the Gas cylinder/Stove and cooking utensils on hire and the amount towards hire charges may be paid directly to caretakers. DOOR DELIVERY OF FOOD: NON-VEG & VEG is available on door delivery basis from nearby SWEET & HOT FAMILY RESTAURANT which is located around 6 kms from our farm house on NH 44 from 11 AM to 11 PM, further there is a VEGETARIAN Raghavendra restaurant 3 Kms from farm available from 9 AM to 8 PM (contact details & Menu card will be provided during check-in) 4) BARBEQUE: We have a separate BBQ enclosure beside the pool, the guests can bring their own veg/non veg marinated stuff along with COAL and prepare ON THEIR OWN, we do provide Skewers/brush & mesh and our care takers will also light up the coal, we encourage the guest to utilize the facility. Note: if the guests are unable to bring along COAL they can inform the caretakers well in advance to arrange Coal during check-in and pay the cost of coal directly to caretakers 5) CARETAKERS: Caretakers are meant for housekeeping and general maintenance of the farm ONLY and not for any domestic help, they are available from 10 AM to 10 PM 6) DRINKING WATER: RO water purifier Drinking water is available, however guests are advised to bring along some water bottles/cans as a precaution in case there is power failure 7) SWIMMING POOL: The pool size is 26 feet in length and 15 feet in width. Guests are advised to take along the pool accessories like inflatable swim ring/tube/arm band, pool ball, swim cap & goggles etc if they need. The immediate & minimum depth of the pool is 4 feet 6 inches at the pool ladder point & Maximum depth is 5 feet 6 inches, as a precaution the water level in the pool is always kept one feet below the surface level below handle grab bar levels as a safety measure. The guests are responsible in case of any eventuality & therefore they are advised to take care of children & advised not to dive. We would not be responsible for any injury incurred in the pool/ nearby the pool or anywhere in the Reddy's Orchard premises. 8)SMOKING: Smoking of Hookah/Sheesha etc is banned and therefore it is strictly not allowed however cigarette smoking is permitted OUTSIDE the villa in the lawns 9)PETS: Pets are not allowed 10) TOWELS & TOILETRIES: We DO NOT provide towels & toiletries, therefore please ensure to bring your own towels if you wish to have a dip in the swimming pool 11)WIFI: WiFi facility is available, internet speeds & connectivity may be not good for work since it's located in a remote village, however phone connectivity is fine 12) SPA ROOM: For our personal private use ONLY, Guests are advised not to meddle with the equipment's/Gadgets STRICTLY 13) GENERAL INFO: (A) We are not responsible for the damage or loss of your personal belongings inside our premises. (B) Please do not take away blankets, bed linen, Projector, DVD Player etc. You will be charged double the cost & penalty charges if any of the above are found broken/ missing. (C) Request to use the toilets in case you are feeling nausea/ill and want to throw up. If a guest throws up on the sheets, inside the house or any of the furniture, you will incur additional cleaning charges of Rs.1000/- per location in the premises (D) Please do not damage the property; this includes the tableware, cutlery, crockery, linen, walls, furniture etc. The guests are liable for the cost of damage to the property (E) Do not throw food, bottles or plastic articles into the pool, on the lawn or in the farm house premises. We also request guests to use waste bins placed in all the rooms to dispose garbage (F) No Drugs, Gambling and rave parties. STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED (G) Any deviation in adding extra person to the group over & above the actual booked persons an additional amount of Rs 1000/- per person will be charged subject to if we are able to accommodate (H) We expect the Guests to abide & respect the Laws of the land as applicable (I)Please note that Telangana Government Excise laws permits to store in the premises IMFL up to 4.50 litres ( 6 bottles of 750 ML each)and Beer/wine up to 6.50 Litres ( 10 beer bottles of 650 ML each bottle). You should obtain PERMIT from excise department in case you are carrying the quantity beyond the permissible limit, breach of Law as per Excise rules would attract legal implication, it is the Guests responsibility to adhere to the law of the land and deviations if any would be the sole responsibility & liability of the guests (J) We encourage family groups and married couples on priority, bachelor Men's groups are accepted restrictively to some extent after verification. (K) Please note the entire farm house and the community is covered under CCTV surveillance and this coverage is in the interest of security to residents/hosts & guests. (CCTV recordings are automatically deleted at a particular frequency and we do respect guest’s privacy) (L) Our check-in timings are from 2pm to 22.00 Hrs and thereafter the guests will not be able to check-in since the winter green community gates will be closed due to security reasons (M) It's a group of farm houses community, Since some farm owners reside in the community, guests are advised not to loiter around outside in the winter green community.
