Come to this wonderful place and enjoy the beautiful view of the Lake (it is worth checking out the sunrise and especially the sunset)!!!! The farm has a flat area and a small orchard with banana trees, lemon trees, etc. Swimming pool with waterfall and whirlpool (8 m x 4 m and 1.40 m deep) Soccer field, barbecue (mobile for pool and fixed on the balcony), wood-fired stove and fireplace. Accommodation for 16 people (12 in the house and 4 in the attached room). For more than 16, check conditions. Wi-Fi and TV in the living room The space The house has 3 bedrooms for 4 people each, 1 of which is an en-suite. Attached to the house is 1 more bedroom, 1 suite, allowing to accommodate 4 more people, totaling 16 accommodations available. Central hallway with access to the bedrooms and a large social bathroom. Living room with sofa to accommodate the whole family (4 meters). Fireplace and table next to it to enjoy a cold night, enjoying your favorite game and maybe a nice wine. Large kitchen with a table to accommodate everyone for a good meal. Large balcony, backyard with swimming pool and soccer field. We always receive visits from beautiful birds, from canaries to toucans and hawks. Guest access The entire property is well fenced, with the pool area, the field and the rooms attached to the house being very private. However, there is a gate to access the lake street, and a visit is allowed, even an attempt to catch a good tilapia.
