The Chácara has a flat area and a small orchard with banana trees, lemon tree, etc. Pool with waterfall and hydromassage (8mx4m and 1.40 m deep. ) Football field, barbecue (pool furniture and fixed on the balcony), wood stove and fireplace. Accommodations for 16 people (12 in the house and 4 in the fourth annex).. Above 16 consult conditions. Wifi and TV in the living room The space The house has 3 bedrooms for 4 people each, one of them being an en-suite. An additional 1 room is available, with 1 suite, allowing to accommodate 4 more people, totaling the 16 accommodations available. Central Corridor with access to the bedrooms and a large social bathroom. Living room with a couch to accommodate the whole family (4 meters). Fireplace and table next to her to enjoy a cold night, enjoying her favorite game and perhaps a beautiful wine. Large Kitchen with table to accommodate everyone at a good meal. Large balcony, backyard with swimming pool and football pitch. We have always visited beautiful birds, from canaries, to toucans and hawks. Guest access The whole property is well fenced, and the pool area, the countryside and the rooms attached to the house are very private. However, there is gate to access the lake street, being allowed the visit is even an attempt to fish a good tilapia.
