Swimming, fishing, boating, atv riding, and hiking are all available. Absolutely NO pets allowed. No Wi-Fi provided at this time. T.V. Channels are minimal but a Blu-ray player is available. The space The property offers 2 kayaks with life vests provided. Dock and fire pit is also available for use. Guest access Entire house house is available for use Other things to note Sugar Island is only accessible by car ferry. It is a three minute ride and is twenty dollars round trip. For guests staying longer, $105 punch cards are available at the ferry and cover twenty round trips.
