House in a central location overlooking the famous (Swiss Pyramid) Niesen & surrounded by beautiful mountains. It's a beautiful place to be, enjoy & recharge. Quiet & very nice neighborhood. Shopping facilities are within walking distance, and various shops are available. Reichenbach is perfectly located between many attractions. There are various offers for winter & summer activities. Our apartment is prepared and cleaned by a local cleaning company for all guests. For questions & bookings, we are always available despite our family training in California, USA. We look forward to welcoming guests from different nations to our house. •• To the house •• Our house is beautiful & centrally located in Reichenbach im Kandertal. It is easily accessible (in about 10 minutes) from Reichenbach train station on foot, the last 5 minutes walk a little up. The entire apartment was renovated 4 years ago and offers various things. Among other things: Luxury walk-in showers with rain shower, normal shower head, large two-person bathtub, urinal for men. The kitchen has a combi steamer with oven, as well as a normal oven. Garden shed for bikes or luggage storage. •• How do I live? •• With top views of the whole valley as well as the Niesen (Swiss Pyramid). We offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for 9 adults plus a child/teenager. The bunk bed (especially the sleeping space upstairs) would only be intended for children / teenagers or a light adult as a precaution. A baby bed is available on request. Available for baby or toddler: 1x baby bed (travel cot with duvet for 25th /cost one time) 2x baby / infants high chair 1x sleeping bag for baby 1x terry towels for baby 2x for toddlers terry towels Bath towels for 10 people are available as well as hand towels. Kitchen dish towels and rags are also provided. The house consists of a ground floor newly renovated & remodeled in 2018 and an upper floor renovated in 2021. It has three large bedrooms, two upstairs & one on the ground floor. All mattresses are new, mid-stay/body matching. We hope our guests will find a good night's sleep. The staircase to the upper floor is still in its original condition & has not yet been renovated. All spaces are minimalist & decorated according to our ocean beach breeze style. The interior design is new. The house is child-friendly and safely furnished. For the best protection for your stay with infants, we ask parents around the fireplace (stone) as well as on the stairs & terrace to keep an eye on your toddlers. Also upstairs by the windows. We offer two large bathrooms: A bathroom upstairs including shower. A large bathroom on the ground floor with a shower, bathtub & urinal. In winter, both bathrooms are perfectly heated, both have underfloor heating and heating on the wall for the bath towels. We also have a large & fully equipped kitchen overlooking the Niesen. Available are: coffee machine, capsules, tea, kettle, sugar, microwave, oven, steamer, spices, fridge with freezer compartment. Our very large & open living room is the jewel of our apartment. From here you have a stunning view from the side as well as the front of the house! Equipped with a real fireplace, dining area, TV and relaxation areas. A small library/chill area is available upstairs for guests. Including a dresser for clothes. Our large terrace with glass roof offers fantastic views. Equipped with a sitting lounge, hammock seat, table with chairs & two sun loungers. Cushions are in the hallway closet. Our side terrace has not yet been renovated, but offers space to be with a view of the Niesen (Swiss Pyramid). There are two parking spaces available for free in front of the house. Our "Ocean Breeze" is suitable for families, several people, several couples and groups. Important: No parties!! Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am Without pets!
