Our modern lakeside home boasts stunning views from nearly every room. Located directly on the water, it is the perfect home for families or large groups who want to take advantage of the Okanagan lake while still being close to downtown Kelowna. The space Our modern lakefront home, perched on the rocks, boasts stunning views from nearly every room. Perfect for large groups or families, our 3500 sq. foot home, with five different floors, contains 5 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 large multipurpose living rooms and a newly renovated kitchen. There are also two large wrap around patios, completely furnished with chic outdoor furniture as well as a private deck off the master bedroom. The Master Bedroom takes up most of the upper floor. Within it, you will find a king size bed, a small office, an ensuite with both a shower and a bathtub, a private deck, and an area that can be used for a play pen, should someone have a baby or toddler. There is also a loft across the landing that contains three single beds. On the Main Floor, there is a lakeside room that contains one queen size bed, and then a kids room with a bunk bed, a change table as well as a numerous childrens books, games, and puzzles. On the Lower Level, there is another lakeside room that contains a queen size bed, as well as a room with its own private entrance that contains a double bed. A tram has recently been installed to facilitate access to the large dock below where there are adirondack chairs, a picnic table, a diving board along with an automated boat lift as well as sea-do lift. Guest access Guests are welcome to make use of our entire home and surrounding gardens. Other things to note Please note that there is a minimum one week rental in July and August unless there is a gap to fill. Also, due to the nature of our home being built on the rocks, right on the water, extreme caution is advised when using the tram.
