Basement bedroom with 1 double bed, private bathroom, and separate entrance with digital code. The beach is 1 km away and the river is 2 km from the house. Located 10 min. from the town of Chandler and 30 min. from the town of Percé. We live on the ground floor and we have a Breton Spaniel named Samy! Pets are allowed with an additional fee of $25 for the duration of the stay. We are looking forward to welcoming you!
