Booking Terms • Rental is exclusively for adults • The maximum number of people allowed is 2 adults and their children. 2. Mandatory documents on arrival • All occupants must present a government ID upon check-in. • Couples of Algerian nationality must provide proof of marriage in accordance with the regulations in force in Algeria. 3. Restrictions in the property • It is strictly forbidden to receive guests or outsiders in the apartment. • No photos or videos should be taken inside the apartment. • Sharing photos or videos taken inside the apartment on social media is strictly prohibited. 4. Rules of life • Respect the calm in the premises, in particular by avoiding excessive noise after 9pm. • Be sure to keep the apartment clean and in good condition throughout your stay. 5. Penalties for non-compliance • Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate termination of the rental without a refund.
