Welcome to this lovely, home, located in the little green valley of Eagar, AZ. The valley boasts many hiking, fishing and picnic areas. It’s just the place to enjoy cool summers and cozy winters by the fire, also only 18 miles from Sunrise Ski Resort. Across the street is a large pastureland, which provides a relaxing view from your front door. The perfect spot to watch 4th of July fireworks. The space This 2,136 sq. ft. 3 bedroom 2 bath home has an additional room with a futon that can be converted into a queen size bed, and there is also a queen size air mattress in the closet that can be set up in the living room (sheets for both are available in the closet). The living room has a wood burning stove that heats up the spacious open floor plan. The home also has central heating and cooling with space heaters provided in each bedroom/bathroom. Guest access This beautiful home sits on a large corner lot. The backyard is divided into two sections. The grass area surround the back and sides of the home. On the other side of a small fence is a large fire pit area surrounded with sandstone. Double gates open up to accommodate additional parking.
