Enjoy our newly renovated 200 year old cottage in the desirable village of IDE on the outskirts of Exeter with easy access to Dartmoor and the coast. Enjoy a taste of village life with a community shop and 3 pubs with in walking distance there is also a large Sainsbury’s nearby with EV charging. Please note that there are steps into the cottage and we have a traditional Devon staircase so property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues . The space We love to cook so our kitchen is well equipped with everything you need the lounge area has a comfy sofa to relax on with an electric log burner to cosy it up the bathroom has a brand new shower with large fixed shower head plus a smaller shower head on side . We would like to point out that there a couple of steps to access the cottage at the front door and we have a traditional Devon staircase NOT suitable for anyone with MOBILITY ISSUES . Guest access Entire home Other things to note The second bedroom will only be made up for bookings of 3 guests unless otherwise requested please let us know if you are a 2 guest booking and you need to use second bedroom prior to arrival . Please do not park in the school car park next to the cottage between the hours of 7.30 and 6pm unless it’s during the school holidays.
