We’re so excited to share our eco-style beach house with you, tucked away in the peaceful Towan Valley estate. Surrounded by rugged cliffs and coastal paths, it’s a little haven just a short stroll from Porthtowan’s Blue Flag beach and the friendly village pubs, cafés and surf shops. Whether you’re here for lazy beach days, wild cliff-top walks, or simply to slow down and breathe in the sea air, our home is the perfect base to make the most of this beautiful corner of Cornwall. The space With 4 generous sized bedrooms, our home comfortably sleeps 8 guests. The accommodation includes a charming king en-suite bedroom with a Juliet balcony, a ground floor double bedroom en-suite wet room designed for accessibility, a further double bedroom, and a cosy twin. All bedrooms have ample storage space & high ceilings. Additionally, there is a family bathroom with a bath & shower to cater to everyone's needs. As you step into our home, you'll be greeted by a fully equipped open plan kitchen diner with two sets of French doors leading to a private courtyard garden. The dining area features a table that seats 8, perfect for entertaining friends and family. The lounge area offers ample seating on our huge comfortable sofa, additional armchairs, a TV, and large windows that allow natural light to flood the space. For your convenience, we offer 1 allocated car parking space right outside our home with space to put a second car directly behind it or in one of the unallocated spaces within the resort car park. The site boasts outdoor showers, allowing you to wash off any sand after a long day at the beach. Guest access You will have full use of the property during your stay including use of a car parking space directly outside the property + an additional spot in the estate's car park. Other things to note For a seamless arrival, we will email you a copy of our welcome guide, check-in instructions and directions within 48 hours of your arrival. The property is located at the top of a hill within a valley that has limited phone signal. Wi-fi is available throughout the property. The downstairs bathroom is a wet room style bathroom with shower.
