Located on the first level with free street parking, it’s the perfect retreat for solo travelers, couples or anyone looking for a surf-and-work holiday. Enjoy uninterrupted Wi-Fi and easy access to local amenities. Coffee shops, restaurants, a supermarket, and a launderette, all within a 12-minute walk. Explore mountain paths offering breathtaking views of the iconic False Bay. The space The space available is larger than you would expect. Approximately 38m2 in total. 1st Bedroom - Double bed, 2 reading/study nooks, TV with Netflix. 2nd Kitchenette/lounge & dining area. 3rd Bathroom - Toilet & shower. Outside space is shared with the Host, but you will have a private space. Guest access Guest will enter through front gate & privately through the front door. A flight of stairs leads up to the Studio. The space is not suitable for toddlers or the physically challenged. Other things to note South Africa has loadshedding from time to time, but it is less drastic in Cape Town. Solar lights are available during this time and solar energy for a hot water shower. A 2-plate gas stove is also available.
