Guest access The host lives in the main house and is available for modifications through the Airbnb app. We do our best to stay quiet in the evenings, but just know that we do live here also. We are glad to have you! FREE PARKING You may park on premises using the FAR RIGHT SIDE of the driveway facing the garage only. Do not park on left side of driveway. Do not park in garage. You can also park on the street next to the house but do not block mailboxes or driveways. SMART TELEVISIONS Living room and bedroom TVs are smart Roku streaming televisions with connections to apps. Each Smart TV allows you to stream apps such as Roku Live TV, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Paramount+, YouTube, etc. HIGH SPEED INTERNET Secure Wi-Fi High Speed Internet available throughout. You will receive internet login details in advance. For longer stays, we provide a starter set of essentials (paper goods, toiletries, etc.) and guests replenish consumables as needed. If your dates are flexible and you’re hoping for a longer stay then contact me through the Airbnb app for the best options. TEMPERATURE & COMFORT Your comfort is important to us. The guest suite shares central air conditioning and heat with the main home, and the thermostat is not located inside the suite. If you’d like it warmer or cooler, message us anytime and we’ll adjust it promptly. For your comfort, the suite also includes ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, plus portable fans and portable heaters you can use anytime from the storage closet.
